The beautiful and incredible @eliaca made me realize that so far this year I have written approximately 790 pages of fanfiction. Which is equivalent to 2 Herron books.

This 2024 I published 13 stories, 66 chapters and 233,456 words.

And all this is thanks to you! Since I published my first fic in January 2024, you have always been with me, commenting, leaving kudos, supporting me. I love you so much, for always letting me know that you want me to continue writing. I am very happy here.

1- A Faint Memory

I read somewhere that Saskia and Gary have a theory that Standish and Lamb had sex in the back of a pub in the past, but that due to Catherine's alcoholism, she doesn't remember it. This is the story of Catherine remembering the past.

Do you think that the moment Lamb entered the bathroom in 4x01, not yet knowing that it wasn't River, he thought of Charles? Did he thought about what Cartwright's own grandfather ordered him to do? He thought about how fucking karmic life was, and now David did to his grandson the same thing he ordered him to do?? Do you think that for a brief second he thought about Catherine, finding Charles body the next morning? Do you think that the weight of all his past actions, the ones that still haunt him at night, collided inside him in that short second he walked into that bathroom?

This AU is setted in 2005, one year after the events of RE4. For Heather/Cheryl i used the Shattered memories timeline (since it's the only one that uses specific dates for the events instead of an estimation) but completely ignoring SH:SM events because I haven't played it yet
